The SPCA try and find homes for abused, abandon and neglected dogs every year. This isn't always very easy and many dogs go with out homes. This inspirational video creates awareness about these dogs, stating that even the abandon are smart. With a little love, care and patience Porter the dog can achieve anything, even drive a car!!

Like Porter the animals at the SPCA are just as smart and loving, please don't forget about them!!
