What is Pet Heaven?
Pet Heaven makes pet parenting easy with over 7,000 quality pet products to suit all your pet's needs. With free* delivery straight to your door, you can keep your furry friends fed and happy without having to lift a finger, or another heavy pet food bag. It's really simple - choose your pet products, checkout, tell us where to deliver your order, and within 2 days you'll have your pet's favourite products delivered to your door! So simple! Most importantly, do something fun while we take care of your pet needs.
What payment options are available?
We have a number of payment options to suit you. We currently accept VISA & Mastercard credit cards, debit cards and manual EFT payments.

Can I return an item?
Defective goods: If you find any of the goods to be defective, please notify us in writing within 30 days of delivery. The goods will need to be returned for inspection and processing, at no cost to you.
If you place an order incorrectly or by mistake, you will need to return the goods at your own expense. Refunds will only be processed once the goods are returned in good condition to our specified location.
Please note that Pet Heaven cannot accept returns or offer refunds for goods that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, improper use, negligence, accident, alteration, or tampering by the customer. Customers are responsible for any damage caused under these conditions.
How do I make a return?
1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process, within 30 days of purchase date.
2. Provide your order number and details of the defect or incorrect item(s).
3. Follow the instructions provided by our team to return the goods. A courier collection fee will be charged for the return of the good(s) to our warehouse.
4. A refund will be issued to you pending successfull return of the goods to our warehouse. This refund will be the original purchase price of the returned items, minue the courier collection fee.
Please note, refunds can take up to 2 weeks to be completed.

You offer FREE delivery? Really?
Yes! Depending on your area, you can qualify for free delivery:
Main areas: free delivery on all orders over R500. R55 for all orders under R500.
Regional areas: free delivery on all orders over R1,000. R85 for orders under R1,000.
Outlying areas: unfortunately, outlying areas do not qualify for free delivery. Delivery will be R85.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Courier deliveries take 2 – 5 working days depending on the order's destination. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Orders eligible for fast delivery will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days to main areas.
Regional and outlying areas can expect a longer delivery time. This will be specified at checkout but can take up to 7 days.
If there is an item in your order with an expected delay, this will be specified next to the item at checkout and on the product detail page and will delay your whole order.
We share parcel tracking information as soon as the order is packed and ready to ship from our warehouse. Your delivery ETA can then be viewed at any point via "Track My Order".
Can I check the status of my order?
For sure! Simply go to Your Account to get updates on your latest order status. You may also call us and we'll check it for you! We'd love to hear from you.
