Q: How can you determine if a pet's condition is pre-existing after adoption?
A: If the pet's medical history is unknown, we may require a veterinary check-up before accepting the pet at the owner's expense.

Q: When does the coverage for my pet begin, and are there waiting periods?
A: Coverage begins on the first day of the following calendar month after sign-up. There is a one-month waiting period for illnesses, but accidental coverage begins immediately.

Q: Does Pet Heaven offer lifelong coverage for pets who exceed the age limit?
A: No, coverage ends once the pet exceeds the age limit.

Q: Are there any limits to the amount of payment for treatments?
A: PawPaw has no specific limits or sub-limits on treatments. However, all non-emergency treatments must be pre-authorized by PawPaw.
