To qualify for one month's complimentary accident cover, the client must have a completed pet profile and make a purchase from Pet Heaven within the month. Refunded purchases will not count toward a qualifying purchase. Cover cannot be transferred to another Pet Heaven profile. One profile per household. Complimentary insurance coverage expires 31 December 2024 or after one calendar month if another qualifying purchase has not been made. No minimum spend. Please make sure that all the information you supply has been recorded correctly. Any misrepresentation or incorrect info can prejudice you in the event of a claim.
