Our dog is obsessed!
We have a high energy 2yo dog, and even with having had puppy and teen training (with a behaviourist), as well as private sessions, plus anxiety meds, if she gets tizzy it can be super tricky to bring her mind back to focus. When I brought these treats home, I thought they'd just be another reward snack to use here and there (sometimes she's interested in treats, but in a tizz, no food is high value enough to break her tizz-focus). BOY oh boy was I mistaken about these "just being like the rest"... Yesterday, she sat in front of me, unmoving, for *2 solid minutes*. Like a statue. Staring into my eyes, like we'd always tried with training, but never managed to hold focus for longer than ±20 seconds at a time. These are now an ABSOLUTE must in our house. I only wish these were priced the same on Pet Heaven, as what the supplier sells them for: This particular product is R130 for 200g on PH, vs R80 through Doggylish. The bigger chips "Doggylish Liver Chips Dog Treats" (without the word "training" in the name), are sold for R80 for 200g, on BOTH the PH and the Doggylish websites. Mark-ups are understandable... However the description and ingredients sound the same, so I might just buy the R80 Doggylish product - bigger pieces but same weight - and cut them smaller to use for training.

No liver chip left behind!
I tried these liver chips and oh my goodness. Every time I opened my doggy drawer, my dogs made a bee line for this packet. It's resealable, which I love and the chips are just the right size for a nice midday or after bath consolation treat.
