Pet Dent Dog Toothpaste contains no detergents or foaming agents and can be swallowed by animals without ill effect.
Contains whiteners and chlorhexidine gluconate.
Directions:
- Apply once daily using your finger or a Pet Dent Toothbrush or a Pet Dent Finger Toothbrush
- Brush teeth gently with an up-and-down motion, paying particular attention to the gum line
- For best results brush daily or at least twice weekly
- There is no need to rinse the mouth.

Works like a charm for cats.
My cats don't love the process but they seem pretty happy once they have clean gums and teeth. While I don't believe it cleans as thoroughly as a proper dental cleaning it really does benefit my fur kids and at least postpones the inevitable dental cleaning a bit.
