Pretty decent.
I just received this item and right away went to test it out with my fur baba. First off, the product itself is made off durable plastic, but there's nothing securing the puzzle to the ground. It moves around a lot as she paws into it. Also, to mention you should probably trim your cat's nails as it gets hooked onto the puzzle, which moves even more. We had to keep unhooking her, and came to the conclusion we should trim her nails before letting her use this again. All in all - for our first time having her use a puzzle - it is pretty good as she doesn't just gobble up the meal. I think we will be using this for treats only going forward though. The price - well I guess it's not the greatest but for the aesthetic you're paying for, I suppose it is decent.

Hit with my cats !
My cat really enjoys playing with this. The plastic is quite sturdy and the dials turn easily so my boy is able to play with it. You can definitely increase the difficulty which is fun and stimulating for your pet. Product is easy to clean and overall good quality.

Fun for small dogs
My dachshunds love this puzzle - I have a few of them because I like the variety. The rotating part adds a great new facet. I put their daily meal kibble into the various slots and they have to work for their dinner. It's dishwasher friendly and you can't lose the parts.
